I utilize a person-centered approach based mainly in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe in an empathic approach to therapy based on mutual respect to help identify each person’s strengths to move towards positive and lasting change.
