Do you or someone you love struggle with an eating disorder, poor body image, compulsive over-eating, compulsive dieting or obesity? Your suffering may have meaning and even value. Suffering may be the primary motivation for change. Change from any issue takes time and getting ready for change is part of a therapeutic relationship.
As a Nutrition Therapist for over 25 years and a recent Marriage and Family Therapist graduate, I work with individuals, couples and families to support the process of change and recovery. I meet clients where they are in a supportive and emotionally focused approach with empathy and compassion for healing and growth.
I also have personal experience raising children with autism and work with families that want to negotiate the challenges of raising a child or children on the autism spectrum.
Working together, as a team, you can find hope for recovery and change. Our practice offers flexible scheduling and we accept most major insurances. The office is handicap accessible.
